Menu We create the Indonesian menu based on your dietary preferences and allergies. Expect a rice table with well-known and lesser-known dishes from Bali, Java, Lombok, Sumatra and Sulawesi.
Program Upon arrival you take a seat at the bar, have a beverage of your choice, and eat prawn crackers with our homemade sambals. In the meantime, our chef introduces himself, and explains the Indonesian ingredients you are going to use, such as kencur and kemangi, and you start making the bumbu's (Indonesian spice pastes) and dishes. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a nice dinner and conversations with your colleagues or friends. We share the recipes and locations where we buy the ingredients as well.

Company or friend group means that you book and attend this Indonesian cooking workshop with a set group of people for your company outing, team outing, team building activity or friend group and no other people will attend the cooking class. We accomodate the classes in both Dutch and English. Minimum group size is 10 people, maximum is 25 people. In case your group is less than 10 people, you would still need to pay for the minimum of 10 people for the cooking class to take place. Invoice will be issued after payment (if requested) and reservation is processed online.
We use lunch restaurant at Bilderdijkstraat 175h in Amsterdam (Gallery 3) as the location for our Indonesian company or friend group cooking classes. Expect a cozy and relaxed restaurant setting.
