About This Adventure

Join an engaging 2.5-hour cooking class where you’ll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you’ll enjoy a hands-on experience crafting dishes like Chicken and Andouille Gumbo and Bananas Foster Crepes, culminating in a delicious meal you created yourself.

Prepare an authentic New Orleans meal

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

  • Chicken and Andouille Gumbo - Traditional Louisiana soup made with Chicken, Andouille Sausage, Onions, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and thickened with a dark roux.
  • BBQ Shrimp and Grits - Gulf Shrimp served in a sauce of Garlic, Beer, Worcestershire, Creole Spices, and Butter, over Cheese Grits.
  • Bananas Foster Crepes - Classic New Orleans flambeed Banana dessert served over crepes and ice cream
