Street Legal Golf Cart Rental Policies
- Must be at least 21 Years of age to DRIVE AND RENT
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must have Valid Insurance
- Cart must remain on roads where the posted Speed Limit is 35 MPH or less (No Highway 98/Sidewalks)
- Maximum of 4 Passengers on a 4 Passenger Cart (6 for a 6 Passenger, 8 for an 8 Passenger)
- No Children allowed on passengers' lap
- Small Children must be seated in a car seat
- Abuse of Golf Cart rules and regulations will forfeit all rental privileges WITHOUT REFUND!
- You agree to pay for any Damage or Theft to the Cart
