Dive into creativity at the Sewing Café, where you can craft your own clothes with expert guidance from a fashion designer or seamstress. Bring your ideas to life, whether you're a beginner or advanced. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a coffee corner and access to sustainable fabrics and supplies.

Join the Sewing Café lessons and learn to make your own clothes! Sewing tables are available with tools, machines and guidance by your side of a fashion designer or seamstress to help you with your own projects. You can bring your own ideas to the lessons (photos, drawings, garments or patterns of the pieces you want to create). Together we can see how we can realize your projects. A lot of times we use a similar or basic pattern to adjust or we create our own. Also our store offers a wide range of clothing patterns & books.

Highlights

• Work on your own sewing projects and get the help of a professional • All levels are welcome, also complete beginners, we will teach you the basics on the sewing machine and/or serger • Sustainable fabric store available next to sewing cafe with offer in fabrics, sewing supplies and sewing patterns. • Coffee corner present in sewing cafe in which you can order drinks and bites.

Includes

• Guidance of a fashion designer or seamstress is present to help you with your own projects. • Use of machines & tools are included in the lessons. • Pattern paper and overlock thread is also included. • Water and cookies are also at your disposal.

Excludes

• Materials you have to provide yourself are: fabrics, sewing thread, pins and, when needed, sewing supplies like a zippers or buttons. • We also have a little fabric store at our studio, so it is also possible to purchase the materials or sewing supplies there. • It is possible to buy additional drinks like coffee, tea and juices in our coffee corner. We also sell vegan tosti’s and sweets.

• Level: all levels are welcome (complete beginner to advanced) • Language: Dutch & English • If there is enough space, it’s always possible to extend your stay and pay extra for the hours in class • Prices per person
