About This Adventure

In this engaging after-school crafting course, children aged 7-12 will explore the world of sewing, knitting, and crocheting under the expert guidance of fashion designer Michelle. With hands-on projects and the freedom to create, kids will develop essential skills, creativity, and confidence while learning the value of repurposing materials.

Duration: 2h

It is also possible for the youngest ones to start learning crafting and clothing making techniques! Just like riding a bike, if you start young you’ll never forget. In our kids crafting lessons, they can learn to make their first pieces and be creative with combining fabrics, colours, and different details. Both Dutch and English speaking children are welcome to join, as our teacher, Michelle, can speak both languages.

In this after-school course, children aged 7-12 will learn to knit, crochet, sew with a sewing machine and much more. Students will leave this class with the skills and confidence to tackle more crafts and sewing as they develop valuable exposure to creativity, design, fine motor skills, construction/assembly, and more.

On this page it is possible to book a single lesson for your kid (as a try-out or to book it when available). It is also possible to enroll for a full block, which gives a cheaper price per lesson and more time to develop skills and finish products.

Teacher Michelle comes up with different projects that the kids can do in the classes. But some classes are also free for the kids to decide what to make. Michelle will always take the experience of the kid(s) in consideration.

Materials are not included, but we use a lot of repurposed materials in class that we provide (to teach them also the importance of re-use) and it is possible to purchase extra materials in our little store if needed. But kids can also bring their own materials.
