Experience the art of gin-making at Gin School! Over three hours, you'll distill your unique gin, savor a delicious lunch, and enjoy a guided tasting of six gins. With expert tuition, a personal workstation, and a tour of the distillery, this hands-on adventure culminates in a bespoke bottle to take home.

Join us at Gin School! Not only will you distil your very own personal brand of gin, you will be treated to lunch and a full gin tasting too! After your arrival cocktail you will select your botanicals from a selection of rare and interesting herbs, roots, barks, flowers, fruits as well as classic gin botanicals.
Fire up your still, place the spirit and botanicals inside, and you’re ready.
The distillation process will take around 90 minutes, during which time we offer you complimentary G&T’s and you can have a tour of our distillery and enjoy some nibbles.
We will help you complete your batch of gin, which you will then decant into a full size 70cl, bottle. Finally you will apply your bespoke label, and seal it.
