Hop Cart is a Fort Collins-based tour operator that runs curated beverage tours across the city’s craft beer and distillery scene. The company offers six signature experiences: New School Tour, Stouts & Sours Tour, Distilleries Tour, Classic Tour, Members Only Private Tours, and the Rams Route gameday tour. Each itinerary visits notable local producers, including New Belgium, Odell, Funkwerks, Horse & Dragon, Timnath Beerwerks, Old Elk, CopperMuse, Stodgy, Salt Road, and Gilded Goat. Many public tours run approximately three hours and include guided stops, organized tastings, and access to exclusive discounts at participating locations. Alcohol-serving tours require guests to be 21 years or older. The Distilleries Tour focuses on handcrafted spirits such as whiskey, vodka, gin, and rum, while the Stouts & Sours Tour highlights rich stouts and funky sour beers. The Rams Route pairs brewery stops with a Canvas Stadium drop-off for Colorado State Rams home games, offering a gameday-friendly schedule. Members Only Private Tours provide customizable, private-group options that center on Fort Collins’ brewing legacy and local favorites. Hop Cart emphasizes local partnerships and curated routes to showcase both historic Old Town views and newer tasting rooms. Information about schedules, availability, pricing, and specific stop lists is provided on Hop Cart booking pages and event listings.
