The tour runs about 12–13 hours door‑to‑door and includes round transportation from Cancun and time at a beach club.
Basic snorkel gear is provided for portions of the trip; the tour also includes bottled water, some soft drinks and beer (limits apply) and a box lunch at the beach club.
Non‑swimmers can participate from the boat or shallow sand flats, but children and non‑swimmers should wear flotation and stay close to guides; infants under 3 may not have their own seat or meal included.
No—touching coral, removing shells or disturbing wildlife is prohibited to protect the reef and comply with marine reserve rules.
