The boat slips off the dock and the Caribbean unfurls: low, glittering waves pushing the hull toward scattered reefs whose tops flash turquoise against a deep blue horizon. You’ll cut across open water and then slow to a hush above shallow white sand at El Cielo, where starfish pepper the seabed and sunlight pries shimmering patterns through the shallows.
