Adventure tips

Arrive 10 minutes earlyPlan to arrive at the building entrance on 42nd Street and take the elevator to the 22nd floor—late arrivals shorten your session.

Communicate preferencesUse the pre-massage consultation to state pressure preferences and any problem areas; therapists will adjust techniques accordingly.

Mind health restrictionsThis service is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with spinal or serious cardiovascular issues—check medical clearance first.

Hydrate afterwardDrink water and avoid strenuous activity for a few hours to let oils absorb and muscles settle.

Recommended gear

Comfortable clothing: Loose clothes make dressing after the massage easier and more comfortable for travel.
Reusable water bottle: Hydration helps clear metabolic waste released during massage.
Light sweater or wrap: Massage rooms can be cool; a lightweight layer keeps you comfortable after the session.
ID and booking confirmation: Bring your booking confirmation and ID to speed check-in at the building entrance.
