• Motion Sickness Remedies. While most of our guests are fine sailing on the ocean, some are concerned about potential sea sickness or queesy-ness. We have seen Dramamine, Bonine and other medications, pressure point wrist bands, patches behind the ear, and more being used. These can typically be purchased at a pharmacy store.
Expect varying ocean conditions; prior intermediate sailing experience is recommended.
Even experienced sailors can be affected—pack medications or alternative remedies just in case.
Essentials include quick-dry clothing, waterproof layers, and personal toiletries to manage space efficiently.
Completion of ASA 103 is a prerequisite, so brushing up on foundational sailing skills is critical.
