Choose Andrews Farm for your next Corporate Event – a beautiful countryside setting in Spring, Summer and Fall for staff parties, team-building activities, client appreciation events, and more! For groups of any size, an amazing day can be planned!

When you book a Corporate Event at the Farm, you will enjoy a private area for your group to gather on the farm for the day. Picnic tables and a private group wagon ride will be provided. Picnic pavilions, shade canopies or shaded orchard area are available in different locations around the farm to accommodate different group sizes.

All event guests are welcome to stay for the day to explore and enjoy regular public attractions at the farm as well, including 165 acres of fruit, vegetable and flower fields; picking and tasting fresh produce right from the fields; connecting with nature and wildlife; visiting the farm animals; and having fun on the playground.

There are four different event spaces that can be booked on the farm: • Two large picnic Pavilion Areas with shelters; each area can accommodate 100+ people; • The Orchard, which has tables in the natural shade of the trees and shade canopies, for 50+ people; • The Farmhouse Backyard, which has shade canopies in a more intimate setting, comfortable for up to 40 people.

Every event is unique and we are happy to work with you to customize the event space and farm experience to meet your needs! Contact us by selecting your proposed event date in the calendar and filling out the booking form to tell us about the kind of event you would like to have at the farm. The Farm’s event coordinator will be in touch to review event details and confirm your booking, and to book a site visit if desired. We look forward to welcoming you to the farm! : )

Planning for Your Day at the Farm

Farm experiences are conducted outside, rain or shine. Please inform all members of your group to dress for the weather and bring appropriate footwear (sandals are not recommended) - dress ""warm and waterproof"" on cool, rainy days; bring sunscreen, hats and drinking water on sunny days.

While we operate a food stand on weekends at the farm, we encourage you to arrange catering for your group's food needs; any food and beverages for your event can be stored in coolers and freezers at the farm store as needed.

You are welcome to decorate your event area as you like - no rubber balloons, confetti and party poppers please, as they create a mess and harm wildlife; foil balloons and compostable balloons are welcome.

Booking Deposit & Minimum Charge

Each of the event spaces on the farm can accommodate different group sizes and has a different minimum charge. The minimum charge for Pavilion 1 is $2,000 and includes 125 guests; the same applies to Pavilion 2. The Orchard party space has a minimum charge of $825 and includes 50 people. The minimum charge for the Farmhouse Backyard is $650 and includes 40 guests.

The minimum charge amount +HST must be paid in advance and is a non-refundable deposit that secures your booking on the farm for your chosen date. An additional 6% fee may be charged by our payment processor when booking online.

If your group is larger than the number of people included in the base pricing outlined above, the cost for each additional guest will be added accordingly. Our Event Coordinator will be in touch to discuss event details to ensure we can accommodate your group at the farm on your preferred date. The full venue price serves as the required deposit at the time of booking. While we do not offer refunds, rescheduling is available if needed. Final payment will be adjusted based on additional guests and selected add-ons, and must be paid either in advance or on the day of the event at the Farm Store - cash, debit, credit and cheque payments are accepted. Kindly note that the minimum charge for any event is the full venue price, regardless of the number of guests.

If the number of attendees for your event changes, please contact us to advise of the change two weeks before your event so we can plan to accommodate your group appropriately.

Please contact our Event Coordinator at 905-878-5807 ext 103 or events@andrewsscenicacres.com if you have any questions before booking or if you would like to learn more about event add-ons, such as food and beverage options, décor, and party favors that can be provided by the farm.
