About This Adventure

Experience a unique culinary adventure at a historic estate in the Algarve. Join our in-house chef, Margarida, for a morning of cooking and learning about local food traditions. Enjoy the thrill of picking fresh vegetables from our organic garden while creating dishes that have delighted Portuguese royalty.

About

While some of the family’s recipes have been served to Portuguese kings & queens, it’s our daily fare that we’re most interested in sharing with those that visit us and experience life at the estate.

Join us for an adventurous morning of fun and learning about the history of the estate, of the Algarve and of its food traditions while you learn about how to make some of our very favourites with our in-house chef.
