About This Adventure

Dive into a hands-on sushi-making workshop where you'll craft delicious rolls from scratch! Start with classic miso soup, then learn to prepare sushi rice and roll various types, including vegetarian and Katsu chicken. Guided by an experienced chef, enjoy a fun, interactive culinary journey perfect for food lovers aged 14 and up.

Join in the fun with this Hands-on Workshop and learn how to create Sushi from scratch!

About

Enjoy the Chefs classic Japanese Miso soup on arrival to get ready for your exciting workshop. Beginning with learning how to make the special sushi rice. Next stage will be so much fun, learning the art of hands-on rolling your sushi to a perfect shape! Begin with ‘Vegetarian Sushi Roll’: Chopping vegetables, avocado, pickles & preparing the Japanese Tamago Egg - Japanese Omelette. Learn how to roll it! (Might be a bit messy to begin with – but who cares!) Katsu Chicken Sushi is next, this time your sushi roll has already improved…onto your third, Nippon Sushi with Tuna, Mayo and pickled shallots. Next one, Temaki Sushi and then lastly the California Sushi Roll. What an exotic culinary journey!

At our hands-on Culinary Workshop all participants will team-up into pairs following the same recipes, guided by our Chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
