Duration

5 hours

What you’ll do:

  • Rustle up a classic semolina pasta dough, roll it out by hand and turn it into four iconic shapes – tagliatelle, farfalle, orecchiette and fusilli.
  • Bash up a fresh pesto to enjoy with your homemade pasta.
  • Get stuck in with a second type of pasta dough, roll it out into beautifully thin sheets using an Imperia pasta machine, then shape it into delicate ravioli pillows.
  • Knock up a beautifully simple sauce to make your ravioli really sing.
  • Make a third type of pasta dough, char aubergine to perfection and whip up a sweet tomato sauce, then layer it all up in a cannelloni that’ll knock the socks off your loved ones.
  • Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your pasta, along with a beautiful side salad rustled up by your chef.

What you’ll eat & drink:

  • Your choice of freshly made pasta tossed in homemade pesto.
  • Hand-shaped ravioli with a delicious filling – mushroom, butternut squash or spinach & ricotta, depending on what’s in season – in a light butter sauce.
  • Epic aubergine cannelloni.
  • A complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival (or a soft drink, if you prefer).
  • Water is provided throughout and you’re welcome to purchase wine, beer, spirits & mixers, cocktails and softs from our drinks menu.

What to expect:

  • All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided.
  • Easy-to-follow demos, led by our expert teaching chef.
  • You'll work at your own station to recreate the dishes demonstrated by your teaching chef.
  • Tuck into your pasta around our chef's table (or pack a box to take home, if you prefer).
  • A digital recipe pack with everything you need to recreate the magic at home.
