Guided by a chef instructor, you'll explore a variety of delicious fillings and gain pro tips on batter and pan techniques. No experience is needed—just bring your appetite for creativity and flavor!
In this class you will learn the essentials of making crepes. Guided by your chef instructor, you will make and use three different crepe batters - plain, cornmeal, and buckwheat. You will also learn the strengths and weaknesses of different crepe pans, and use the batters to perfect the crepe making process. Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste the crepes you’ve made, choosing to fill them with a wide range of provided ingredients - different cheese, apples and berries, bacon, sauteed vegetables, etc. This is a hands-on class; no prior experience is needed. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available when requested. Difficulty - Easy.
