Adventure Tips

Wear a Coast Guard-Approved Life Jacket

Life jackets are mandatory for all paddlers; bring one that fits properly or rent from Two Dam for safety.

Arrive Early for Check-In

Give yourself 15–20 minutes before departure to handle rental paperwork and gear fitting at the storefront.

Bring Water and Snacks

Although the trip includes rest breaks, packing hydration and light snacks keeps you energized throughout the 4-hour float.

Secure Your Footwear

Choose closed-toe water shoes or sandals with good grip to protect your feet during launch and landings.
