The daytime kayak tour explores a tributary and the Columbia River. This is a safe and beautiful area to kayak in the Columbia River Gorge. The water becomes so clear you can see the fish swimming under your kayak. Birds we regularly see include osprey, blue heron, eagles, mergansers, king fishers, and more. Enjoy a fun stop at a beach for rock skipping, taking a dip, and blackberry picking mid summer.

Guided tours meet 15 miles to the west of Hood River on the Washington Side, driving directions will be sent in confirmation email.

Daytime Tours must have more than 2 participants to occur, we may notify you 24 hours in advance to reschedule/refund.

What to Bring/What's Included

We provide each participant a kayak (or spot in a tandem), paddle, life jacket, and a professional guide. Participants are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, towel for after tour, clothes that you don’t getting splashed wet.
