Meeting point

Meet at the green kiosk on the right as you exit the Colosseo metro station. Look for a member of staff carrying a yellow label with Touriks written on it. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please note that there is also an upper floor exit of the Colosseo metro station; please go downstairs.


Cancellation policy

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the starting time of the experience
  • Full refunds are not possible for cancellations made after the 24 hours
  • Amendments are not allowed after 24 hours and they are always subject to availability and price changes
  • A refund is not possible in case of a no-show on the part of the customer
  • If the tour is canceled due to poor weather, or other reasons depending on the Administration of the monument, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund
