Would you rather be a spectator or a gladiator?

Enjoy the Colosseum from a very unique perspective.

Once inside, walk in the Arena floor through the notorious “Porta Libitinaria”. Feel like a Gladiator and journey back to the days of the Roman Empire with a professional archeologist. Marvel at this mighty wonder of ancient engineering and learn about the innovative techniques used to build it. Discover the political and social reasons that led to its construction and hear about the bloody games that took place within it.

Have a short break to further enjoy the Colosseum on your own, then head together towards the archeological area of the Roman Forums and Palatine Hill in another 1-hour guided tour.

Here, you will walk the paths of the Roman citizens and emperors and immerse yourself in the ruins of the ancient temples. You will visit Palatine Hill, where the legend of Romulus and Remus established the foundation of the city, and learn how this beautiful area became the beating heart of the Empire. Meeting point

Meet at the green kiosk on the right as you exit the Colosseo metro station. Look for a member of staff carrying a yellow label with TOURIKS written on it. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please note that there is also an upper floor exit of the Colosseo metro station; please go downstairs.


Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the starting time of the experience
  • Full refunds are not possible for cancellations made after the 24 hours
  • Amendments are not allowed after 24 hours and are always subject to availability and price changes
  • No refunds in case of no-show on the part of the customer
  • If the tour is canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund
