The tour starts at a Turkish third wave café in Plateau Mont-Royal for a Turkish coffee and Semites (Turkish bagels). You will learn about the history, origins and production of coffee. Enjoy the neighborhood full of murals, gardens, bars and adorable Victorian architecture while we stroll to the next stop where you will have a choice of three different cold coffees or coffee-infused drinks. The next stop in Mile-End is a café with a strong emphasis on design and ephemeral events. Here you will taste a coffee-based cocktail with some gluten-free pastries and crudités. Be ready to learn in this next part because you will get a barista 101 course on extraction located in a beautiful café with a pottery studio.
