About This Adventure

Embark on an exhilarating coasteering adventure along the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast! Experience wild swimming, cliff jumping, and cave exploration, all while being guided by experts. Perfect for families and groups, this half-day activity promises unforgettable memories as you navigate hidden coves and the breathtaking Blue Lagoon.

Duration

We're normally in the water for about 2 hours, add to that safety briefing and changing time and it's a good half-day activity.


About

We'll meet you at Abereiddy beach....look out for the black coasteering van in the carpark. After a quick introduction, you'll get kitted up then head off along the Pembrokeshire coast. Most adventures include wild adventure swimming, scramble climbing and sea level traversing, cliff jumping (height dependant on ability and conditions), exploring caves and hidden coves, poking about in rock pools and of course a dip in the Blue Lagoon.


What to Bring

All you need is swimwear and a towel, a pair of trainers to get wet and an old pair of shorts (we have a selection of spares in the van if needed)....we'll do the rest!


We Supply

Included in the price is the use of a winter wetsuit, buoyancy aid, watersports helmet, wetsuit gloves, hood, and socks (booties for the little ones). Your Coasteering Guide will carry the necessary safety equipment and will be close at hand throughout your session.


Minimum Age

We advise a minimum age of 8 years, however we are able to tailor an adventure for children as young as 5 years. If you have children younger than 8 years, please contact us before booking.

Adventure Tips

Wear layered swimwear and non-slip footwear

A sturdy pair of trainers that can get wet is essential to prevent slipping on wet rocks.

Bring a towel and dry clothes

Change out of wetsuits quickly after the session to avoid chills, especially on cooler days.
