About: Coasteering is an adrenaline-fuelled journey along the coastline incorporating cliff jumps, cave swims, rock traverses, open swimming and wave crashing whirlpools! Newquay Coasteering unlocks the hidden coastline and gives you the chance to push your limits whilst getting up close with what nature has to offer! Newquay Coasteering sessions are around 2.5 hours long, giving time for the kit-up and informative safety brief before your adventure begins!
All sessions will be tailored to the members of the group with lots of options and alternatives along the way giving everyone the best experience. All you need is the ability to swim and a mindset for adventure! Everyone will be supplied with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet for their time with Newquay Coasteering.

This is a short walk to our start and finish locations. Look for the Newquay Coasteering van on arrival; any problems give us a call!
What you need to bring: You will need to bring a towel, trainers or suitable shoes to wear in the water (closed toes) and some shorts to go over the wetsuit (to protect it).

Participants should be comfortable swimming in open water and able to handle strong currents safely.
