We supply all the safety kit you need for the session;
• Wetsuit • Buoyancy Aid • Helmet
For your comfort and best experience our wetsuits are 5mm winter suits, We also have wetsuit socks, hats and cags available for those who suffer with the cold.
Please appreciate that the area we are running these sessions from, is an isolated coastal spot. Therefore the amenities are limited. The site does have a public toilet, but we have no changing rooms onsite.
We ask that you bring footwear with you to wear on the Coasteering, trainers are the best option. Wet/beach shoes are not suitable. You need to have a good grippy sole, laces to ensure they are tight and covered toes. We also ask that you bring shorts to wear over our wetsuits, these shorts are to protect the rubber suits from ripping on the rocks. If you do not have shoes or shorts with you on holiday, we do have spares, In limited sizes!!
Avoid water shoes or sandals; solid grip and toe protection are crucial for gripping wet rocks.
There are public toilets but no changing rooms on site, so plan accordingly.
Cliff jumps and swims vary by ability; guides adjust routes to accommodate all skill levels.
Post-session warmth is important—dry clothes and towels will help you avoid chill from the cold water and winds.
Abereiddy’s Blue Lagoon originated as a former slate quarry flooded by the sea in the mid-20th century, now a renowned natural swimming spot.
MUUK Adventures emphasizes minimal environmental impact, encouraging Leave No Trace ethics to protect the sensitive coastal ecosystem.
