We recommend you arrive with swimwear on (for under your wetsuit) as it makes it easier to get changed into your wetsuit.
Opt for old trainers with laces that stay tight; avoid open shoes like Crocs which aren’t safe on rocky terrain.
Wearing swimwear under your wetsuit speeds up the gear-up process before hitting the water.
Even on overcast days, UV rays can reflect off the water—protect exposed skin before heading out.
Participants should be able to swim at least 25 meters to safely engage in coasteering activities.
