E‑bikes provide pedal assistance so basic cycling fitness is enough; you should be comfortable riding up to 25–35 km with short climbs and standing for walks in the winery.
The tour includes e‑bike and helmet, a professional guide, winery tour, three wine tastings with tapas, and a return train ticket as listed in the itinerary.
The tasting happens during the winery visit; guides schedule breaks so riders can time pours responsibly—if you prefer not to ride after tasting you can use the included train option to return.
Children should be capable cyclists and meet age/height requirements for e‑bike use; pregnant riders should consult a physician and the operator prior to booking.
Alella’s vineyards date to Roman and medieval eras; the modern DO Alella protects a long coastal viticultural tradition adapted to thin, limestone soils.
Many local producers favor low‑intervention and organic practices; cyclists are asked to stick to roads and designated paths to protect fragile coastal vegetation.
