Join Hard Water Sports for our Climbing Classes

Foundation of climbing-related skills and safe climbing practices. Essential knots and hitchesrock climbing instruction,

Course includes harness, helmet, and climbing shoes.

Focus of the class is on teaching safe climbing practices, students will also have plenty of time for climbing. Be prepared for an active day.

This 4-5 hour introduction course requires no prior experience and provides all necessary climbing gear.


Beginner Climbing Instruction

If you’re a complete newbie or a climber that needs a refresher course, this class will be perfect for you. We cover the basics of setting up gear, how to safely belay, then we get you on the rock. students should expect to get plenty of climbing time in – we start out on the easy routs and progress to more difficult terrain.
