The Hummer coughs, then climbs—stomach-dropping angles and a canyon breeze that seems to push you back into your seat. With stadium-style, front-facing seats you’re level with the rim as the vehicle negotiates narrow shelves and sudden drop-offs; the red-rock walls dare you to look away.
