This one-of-a-kind night tour gives you the best of both worlds in Crystal River. You will tour through clear water to find Manatees among other native wildlife and then venture to catch a sunset before the second half of your tour begins. After catching one of our spectacular sunsets, we turn the lights on the kayaks to see EVERYTHING that is going on below the surface! You have the possibility of spotting various kinds of wildlife we have to offer here, such as manatees, dolphins, turtles, fish, various birds, and many different species of fish. What To Expect You will journey out to some of the clearest water in the world in our ALL clear kayaks with one of our amazing LOCAL guides. You will paddle to the outskirts of Three Sisters Springs as Three Sisters Springs is closed from November 15 - March 31st each year. We journey down the various crystal clear canal systems we have to offer in Crystal River. You will learn about our ecosystem and possibly spot local wildlife such as manatees, turtles, various birds, dolphins, and many species of fish. The Tour then leads out to our main bay "Kings Bay" where you will watch the Beautiful sunset of Crystal River. After this, you will be led to a different chain of Springs where you will turn on your lights and see the magnificent Clear Water Glowing through your ALL Clear Kayak. Manatee sightings are not guaranteed as they are wild animals, however, we take the best routes possible to find them. This is the NUMBER one tour in Florida for spring hunters. ALL Clear Kayak Tours Our tour includes an ALL Clear Kayak, life vest, paddles, and one of our amazing LOCAL guides! The clear kayaks are all tandem vessels, partners are required. All guests must be under 250 pounds each and when picking their partner must be under 425 pounds together. If you have an odd numbered group, you will be paired with an adult from another odd numbered group. Each party involving minors (ages 3-12) must have another member age 13+ to pair with their children; minors are not permitted to be paired with another party. There must be an adult, 18 plus years of age for any minors under 18 to participate. If the entire tour has an odd number of guests, one person may be set up as a single rider in the double clear kayak. No exceptions will be made.
We require that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. There is a short video (required by FWC) and waivers to sign before send out.
This tour operates from November 15th through March 31st of each year. There is a $5.00 per vessel launch fee that is charged at checkout. Three Sisters Springs is closed during this time of year and we will not be kayaking inside of there.
THERE IS NO SWIMMING ON OUR CLEAR KAYAK TOURS! It is extremely difficult to get on and off of the clear kayaks so we do not allow swimming on our clear kayak tours.
There are no shoes allowed on our clear kayaks. You will leave your shoes at the launch location and can put them back on at the end of the tour.
We recommend lightweight long pants, long sleeve shirt, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, polarized sunglasses, a towel, and dry clothes.
Use waterproof or water-resistant cameras to capture stunning underwater shots without worry.
Florida’s sun can be strong through the evening; apply reef-safe sunscreen before the tour.
Keep a respectful distance from manatees to avoid disturbing their natural behavior.
Water shoes or sandals with straps provide the best grip and protection while kayaking.
