About

Our 4 half-day long driving tour is a classical sightseeing tour. We show you all the „mandatory” sights from Heroes’ Square to Buda Castle quarter, from the City Park’s signature sights to the House of Parliament building. You will see both parts of the Hungarian capital city: Buda and Pest. If you prefer, we can even drive up to the highest point of downtown, to Gellert-hegy where you can enjoy a truly breathtaking view of Budapest. While we drive from one landmark to another we tell you about our history, our traditions, our legends – spiced up with the special Behind Budapest style.

The advantage of using a private minivan is that we can enter lots of neighborhoods where tour buses are not allowed to enter. Thus the tour is very flexible and we can show more of the city! For this reason this tour works perfectly as a pre-cruise, or post-cruise program as well. During the driving tour we utilize the vehicle to cover more of the essential and off the beaten track sites within four hours and to maximize the flexibility of the tour.

A four hour long sightseeing tour provides enough time to discuss everything that might interest you. Matters of daily life, politics, Hungarian history, etc. It also leaves enough time to dive deep into the Hungarian specialties, or to have a coffee break in a local café.
