Cinematic Off-Road: SQUAD 3 ATV/UTV at Hacienda Campo Rico

At Hacienda Campo Rico in Carolina, Puerto Rico, SQUAD 3 - ATV/UTV turns three riders into a compact film crew and explorers. On this 1–2 hour loop across 2,300 private acres you’ll punch through dusty service roads, skirt mangrove edges, and stop for staged portraits in front of Mi Casa — the 1930s colonial mansion seen in Marvel, Netflix, and Sony Pictures productions. The route threads past a colonial stone fountain, a small freshwater lake, and varied patches of secondary forest and pasture that give the ride surprising textural variety. What sets this short, high-energy package apart is its focus on memories as much as minutes. Rather than a standard rental, Xplora’s SQUAD 3 gives your group an action camera to carry so candid moments and fast turns are captured from inside the crew. At landmark stops the Xplora team steps in for a mini photo session—framing shots on the mansion steps, by the fountain basin, and against the lake at golden hour. Final edited images and video arrive within 48–72 hours; the group bundle is priced at $47 per person, a saving compared with three separate packages. The ride runs across terrain typical of coastal Carolina: sandy track, compacted service roads, and short muddy stretches that test throttle control but don’t demand technical training. Riders should be comfortable operating an ATV/UTV and able to balance at low speeds; this trip is best for riders who want scenic stops and social snapshots rather than full-throttle laps. Group size is strictly three, which creates a tight, cooperative dynamic and easy photo composition. For visitors staying in Carolina or passing through the San Juan corridor, this trip is an efficient way to sample Puerto Rico’s off-road recreation without committing to a half-day expedition. Mi Casa and the colonial fountain are standout photo anchors—unique because they combine cinematic architecture with open ranchland inside a privately managed estate. The experience also offers a quick study in local habitats: freshwater edge plants, mangrove fringe, and birds common to coastal lowlands. Bookers should note cancellation is non-refundable once the tour begins; rescheduling is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice. Meeting-point details are provided at booking. Whether you’re after action clips to splice into a travel reel or clean, posed portraits on classic Puerto Rican architecture, SQUAD 3 is a compact, camera-forward way to record an off-road day that feels both cinematic and accessible. Expect a short safety briefing before you roll — the operator emphasizes throttle control and safe passing. The small-group format makes it popular for celebrations, couples, and friends who want professional-looking media without a long commitment; it’s a smart half-day alternative when you have just a few hours to spare near San Juan today.
