Christmas Dinner & Show at The Star Barn in Elizabethtown

Get into the Christmas spirit and enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner while seeing an amazing Cabaret by Servant Stage!

Servant Stage has been bringing the joys of live theatre to thousands of audience members throughout Lancaster county since 2013. Servant Stage is thrilled to present a Christmas Cabaret featuring some of Lancaster's most talented singers and storytellers; Matthew and Brianna Wilhem!

Matthew Wilhelm has appeared in many Servant Stage productions, including Little Women (John Brooke -2017), A Christmas Carol (Cratchit/Marley - 2018), Titanic (First Officer Murdoch), The Music Man (Olin Britt), and most recently A Tale of Two Cities (Sydney Carton). Other credits include Mary Poppins (Mr. Banks), The Magic Flute (Sarastro), Much Ago About Nothing (Don John/Verges), and Song of Ilion (Hector). Matthew is currently a performer at Sight & Sound Theatres and loves taking every opportunity to perform locally, especially when it gives him a chance to sing with his lovely wife. Soli Deo Gloria!

Brianna Wilhelm is a local actress, and teacher of the performing arts after having graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre (’21). She is the director of the performing arts club at Donegal High School, and it’s her passion to teach the local youth the art of the stage. Some of Brianna’s favorite credits include U/S Maria (The Sound of Music – Servant Stage), Kathy Selden (Singin’ in the Rain – LBC), Sandy (Grease – Riverbank Theatre), Emma Schmidt (Prodigal – Servant Stage), and Madeleine Astor (Titanic – Servant Stage). Brianna would like to thank her incredible family for their love and support. All my love to Matthew and MJ. Soli Deo gloria!

About the event:

Arrive early and enjoy the Christmas Light Drive-Thru which is included with your Christmas dinner purchase. Stroll through the illuminated Star Barn Village. Browse gifts and souvenirs at The Sower and The Seed Shoppe which are available for purchase.

At 6pm enjoy a festive buffet provided by premier event caterer, C&J Catering. After a delicious meal, enjoy a festive cabaret by Servant Stage.

Entrance is at Brittany's Hope, 1160 N. Market Street, Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Watch for signage. (Please do not type Stone Gables Estate into your GPS).

Once you arrive, parking attendants will direct you to the parking lot. Handicap Parking is available upon request.

Plan Your Day:

Plan to arrive at the entrance at 4:45 p.m.: Included with your dinner ticket is the Christmas Light Drive-Thru. Experience the first half before dinner and the second half as you exit. Celebrate the traditions and true meaning of Christmas with your loved ones from the comfort of your vehicle. Enjoy a spectacular 3-mile Christmas Light Drive-Thru which features over a million brilliant LED lights. For more details, go to: https://stonegablesestate.com/event-calendar/ then scroll down to the “Christmas Light Drive-Thru” banner and click on “Tickets and Information.” For free access to the Christmas Light Drive-Thru, please present your dinner ticket to the ticket clerk at the gate. You will proceed through half of the Christmas Light Drive-Thru and then be directed to parking. Drop off is permitted.

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. (Lower Level of The Star Barn): Check-in is in the lower level of The Star Barn. Enjoy the decorations (both indoors and outdoors), browse the Sower and Seed Gift Shoppe, and peek in the decorated Hog Barn and Carriage House. Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic cold beverages in a "cocktail hour style" tasting and cash bar will be provided by C&J Catering in the lower level of The Star Barn.

6:00 p.m. (Upper level of The Star Barn ): Delicious buffet dinner with dessert and hot beverages by premier event caterer, C&J Catering.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Seating is shared, banquet-style.

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Upper Level of The Star Barn):
Enjoy a live performance by Servant Stage.

8:00 p.m. Finale - Upon your exit, take in the remaining portion of the Christmas Light Drive-Thru

Weather Cancelations:

To find out if we have cancelled any dinners due to inclement weather, keep a close eye on your email, check our social media, and/or please call 717.902.9791. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days.

Disclaimers:

Guests will receive a full refund or credit with a five-day notice of cancellation.

Guests will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other serious unforeseen circumstances. "No-Shows" will be charged the full price.

Tables will be numbered, but individual seats will not be labeled.
