Join a hands-on cooking class and master the art of Chinese dumplings! Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you'll learn to make dough, create flavorful fillings, and shape dumplings. Enjoy the fruits of your labor with delicious tastings, all while bonding with fellow participants in a fun, engaging atmosphere.
Chinese Dong Bei Dumplings; Fried Prawn Dumplings; Pork, Mushroom & Coriander Pot Sticky Dumplings.
Join our experienced chef for this beginners cooking class in Chinese dumplings. Techniques include making and rolling out the dumpling dough, the creation of the signature textured pork and vegetable filling and the shaping into various shapes of Shanghai dumpling. Participants will take their dumplings and prepare them in broth with garnish and fried potsticker style, all served with various dipping sauces and garnishes.
At our hands-on cooking class all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
