You push past the thin, cold air and the landscape opens — a high plain of volcanic scree, scrub, and ridgelines that look as if they were carved by wind itself. At nearly 16,000 feet the Chimborazo Iceman Trails give you a front-row seat to the Central Andes: sharp ridgelines, deep canyons, and a sky that feels close enough to touch.
