Duration: 2.5 hours

Would you like to witness the amazing light show nature displays? This Aurora hunting tour takes you away from the village lights by driving your own snowmobile into the fell area. Heading into wilderness at night is an unforgettable experience itself. We will make stops to admire the sky and if we are lucky, Aurora will surprise us with its elegant dance above.

Note: We are not able to guarantee the northern lights´ appearance

  • northern Lights safari is not suitable for young children
  • the driver of the snowmobile is held liable for damages caused to the vehicle,The personal liability (excess) is a maximum of 1200 € per snowmobile and per accident.
  • Snowmobiles are insured as required by The Finnish Traffic Insurance Act. This insurance covers medical care for injuries to the driver and the passenger arising from accidents.
  • Personal injuries and damages to third parties are fully covered according to The Finnish Traffic Insurance Act.
  • We reserve the right to change the routing and duration of all excursions or cancel trips if necessary according to the prevailing weather and snow conditions, or if recommended for the safety and comfort of the participants.

Adventure Tips

Dress in layers for Arctic nights

Thermal clothing is provided, but adding moisture-wicking base layers and insulated gloves keeps you comfortable while riding.

Arrive early for briefing and gear-up

Plan to show up 30 minutes before departure to get fitted with thermal suits and safety instructions.

Snowmobile handling requires focus on snowy and uneven trails; beginners should start slow and follow the guide’s pace.
