A morning in Charlotte begins on foot: the Uptown grid opens like a map under your shoes and the hum of delivery trucks and distant sirens becomes a city pulse to follow. Teams scatter, phones in hand, chasing riddles that send them past muraled alleys, brick storefronts, and the shady bends of Little Sugar Creek as the app tallies points and the leaderboard tightens.
