About This Adventure

Experience the Mid-Winter Open Studio Session at Black Hound West, where creativity flourishes! This unique opportunity allows participants to continue their ceramic journey, explore new techniques, and unwind after the holidays. With guaranteed access to wheels and expert staff support, unleash your artistic potential in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Join us for the Mid-Winter Open Studio Session: our very first dedicated open studio session at Black Hound West. This period between Fall and Winter Session gives participants a chance to continue their work from previous sessions, explore, play, make gifts or decompress from the busy holiday season!

Participants will pay a flat rate of $250 for the session and can attend as much as they would like. Enrollment will be limited so that everyone has space and everyone who wants a wheel will be guaranteed one. Participants will sign up for either handbuilding or wheelthrowing.

Included in the price of registration: 25 pounds of clay, use of all equipment, use of our fully equipped glaze room and firing of all work made during this session. An additional 25 pounds of clay may be purchased through our online store for use during this session. Each enrolled student will have a full shelf during the session with overflow storage nearby.
