This yoga-inspired, immersive experience combines an energetic, power walking tour to Central Park's most iconic sights with restorative yoga flows and stretches along the way in the most beautiful locations. Center your mind and body as the sun rises above the skyline, and learn the rich history of the park as the world's most exciting city comes to life all around you!
This tour is a non-traditional yoga experience as we focus mostly on standing poses and use Park elements (benches, walls, bridges) as props.
