Each Runner and Running Mate is background-checked, with many holding certifications in self-defense, first aid, or run coaching. Users can schedule a run, select a preferred pace and time, and meet a vetted partner for a safe and social experience. Our mission is to end violence, harassment, and assault against female runners by creating safer, more supported ways to move through the world—one mile at a time
