By taking a tour, guests are invited to explore four decades of creativity, featuring a curated collection of masterpieces that reflect our artistic expression over the past 40 years. In celebration of the Annual Mural Arts Month, guests will get to know Mural Arts Philadelphia’s world-renowned collection on foot in the historic district up to Midtown Village. Explore interesting and bold works of art, getting up close and personal with murals that tell the intimate and inspiring stories of our city, its leaders, citizens, and amazing public art.

This tour leaves from the inside of the Independence Visitor Center, 599 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19106, and ends in the general vicinity of 13th & Arch Streets, so please plan accordingly. Meet by the Café, which is closest to the Arch St. entrance of the Center.

Reminders

  • Tour groups will be limited to 15 people or less.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance - no walk-ups will be accepted.
  • Tours are 90 minutes outdoors, rain or shine and there are no stops for restrooms, so please plan accordingly.
  • It is not necessary for you to print out your confirmation, your guide will have your name on a Will Call list. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to check-in.
