To park for free, enter your car registration at one of the tablets located on the bar inside the pub.
A pay-and-display option is also available in their car park.

🍷 Facilities: Our festive lunch cruises are designed with your comfort in mind. Onboard you will find a fully licensed bar serving a selection of wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, perfect for enjoying alongside your meal. A toilet is available for guests, and the boat is fully centrally heated so you can relax and enjoy the cruise in warmth, whatever the weather outside.
♿ Accessibility: Due to the traditional design of the vessel, there is no disabled access onboard. Boarding involves one step onto the boat, followed by four steep steps down into the main cabin area. A sturdy banister is provided to assist guests.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, if you or anyone in your party has mobility concerns, please consider this before booking.
🚭 No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, this is a no smoking vessel, and the use of e-cigarettes or vaping devices is also not permitted onboard.
🧭 Route Changes: Please note that the skipper may alter the route at their discretion if circumstances require. 🅿️ Parking Disclaimer Guests are welcome to park at the embarkation point; however, all vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk. Please take care not to cause any obstruction to local properties or access roads. Bridgewater Marina cannot accept responsibility for vehicles parked in or around the marina.
🥜 Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements Your dining experience is very important to us. While our team follows strict food safety standards, we regret that we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces of nuts or other allergens. If you have specific food allergies or dietary requirements, please advise us in advance of your cruise so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. As all dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, there is always a possibility of cross-contamination, and therefore we cannot guarantee our dishes are 100% allergen-free.
⏰ Punctuality: Our cruises run on a precise schedule. The vessel will depart promptly at the stated time, and for this reason, we kindly request that all guests arrive in good time for boarding. Please note that the boat cannot wait for late arrivals, and unfortunately, refunds or amendments cannot be offered if you miss your departure.
❌ Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, we operate a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your cruise, we regret that payments are non-refundable and dates cannot be amended.
💳 Payments: If you have paid a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before departure. A reminder will be sent to you in advance of your cruise to make this process as simple as possible. Please ensure your balance is paid on time to secure your place onboard.
