Join us for a romantic evening at The Star Barn featuring The Golden Estate House Band! Enjoy a delightful buffet dinner, explore the historic venue, and dance to timeless hits from the 70s to today. This enchanting night promises fine dining, lively music, and unforgettable memories with your loved one.

Joining us at The Star Barn for the very first time, we welcome The Golden Estate House Band!

Enjoy fine dining and dancing in the historic Star Barn with your Valentine. Music is provided by The Golden Estate House Band.

Morgan Treni & The Golden Estate House Band is a small, yet mighty, party band from New York City performing beloved songs from across the ages. Dazzling audiences with cool jazz standards intertwined with "make you wanna dance" favorites from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and today. This fiery and fun ensemble is sure to keep guests singing and dancing well after the night is over. Come join us for a night of dinner, drinks, and dancing! Bring your friends!

The Golden Estate House Band will only be performing until 10:00p.m.

What's Included:

  • A beautiful evening with your significant other exploring the beautiful sights of the Historic Star Barn Village. Take a walk around the lake and visit the Star Barn's beautiful out buildings, the decorated Hog Barn, and historic architecture of the Carriage House.
  • Top of the line show and dancing with New York City's beloved jazz band, The Gold Estate House Band.
  • 5 Star Meal catered by Food for Thought Catering along with a cash bar.

Schedule:

5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Arrival and check-in (lower level of The Star Barn). Enjoy a self-guided tour of the premises while partaking in hors d'oeuvres provided by Food for Thought Catering. Adult beverages available for purchase. This is not a BYOB event.

6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and hot beverages.

7:30 - 10:00 p.m.: Dancing! Grab your partners and dancing shoes!

  • Sweet dates with goat cheese, enveloped in smoked bacon, topped with bleu cheese and a maple drizzle (GF)
  • Shrimp lovers duo - crispy shrimp wonton shooter with Thai chili and cucumber-wasabi cream. Coconut shrimp with luscious pineapple sweet-n-sour
  • Caprese skewers-fresh mozzarella, baby tomatoes, and fresh basil with a balsamic drizzle and pesto (GF, V)

Heart-warming, "Cozy up to Dinner" Surf and Turf Buffet-Style Meal

  • Beef "Valentine", filet mignon served with red wine demi-glace and fresh thyme (GF, DF)
  • Lump crab cakes served with classic remoulade-mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon, and capers
  • "Marry Me" chicken, aromatic, golden roasted chicken in a velvety, rich sauce of Parmesan, sweet butter, cream, garlic, and fresh basil (GF)
  • Roasted potatoes with crispy garlic, caramelized onion, rosemary, parsley, and olive oil (GF, DF, V)
  • Herb-parmesan risotto
  • Wild mushroom medley with caramelized shallots, sage, and sweet butter (GF, V)

  • Love Me Tender spinach salad with apples, red onions, and a "honey-kissed" champagne-berry vinaigrette (GF, V - can be made vegan by removing the feta)

Seating:

Guests have the opportunity to reserve their own seats when tickets are purchased. Guests will be guaranteed a seat at their reserved table, but chair number does not matter. Tables, table numbers, and table locations are subject to change.

Guests who wish to be seated together must book their own tickets and select a table together. It will be first come, first served.

**Tables 29 & 30 are on the upper level. Stairs are required to sit at these seats.


What to Wear:

Classy, but comfortable. Wear comfortable dancing shoes!


Weather Cancellations:

To find out if we have cancelled any dinners due to inclement weather, keep a close eye on your email, check our social media, and/or please call 717.902.9791. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days if the event is cancelled by Stone Gables Estate.


Disclaimers:

Guests will receive a full refund or credit with a seven-day notice of cancellation.

Guests will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by Stone Gables Estate due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. "No-Shows" will be charged the full price, no refunds.

Tables will be numbered, but individual seats will not be labeled.

Seating assignments are subject to change.

All sales are final. Refunds will be issued by Stone Gables Estate if the event has been cancelled.

Vegan options are available. No custom meals will be made.

No outside food, drinks, or animals are permitted while at The Valentines Day Dinner.

Smoking must be done at the designated smoking areas outside of the Star Barn.
