Both passenger cars are enclosed and fully air-conditioned.
Temperatures can get chilly onboard and at the depot; layering insulated clothing ensures comfort throughout the event.
Arriving ahead of departure allows time to explore the model train room and get settled before festivities begin.
The contest is a highlight—packing your quirkiest sweater gives you a chance at good-natured fun and prizes.
The train cars have limited capacity; keep personal items compact to maximize comfort for all passengers.
The Northern Central Railway was originally established in the 19th century and played a key role in connecting Pennsylvania communities before becoming a heritage railroad.
