Board Descriptions

Beginner soft top boards: This board is soft, safe and super fun. The perfect way to start out surfing for beginners or for anyone who just wants to have fun in the waves. They are 8’ long, wide and stable. Just what you need to help you get your feet under you while you’re learning. This board is what most surf schools around the world use for beginner lessons.

Premium Epoxy Surfboards: For the more experienced surfer that is looking for more maneuverability than a soft board can offer. These boards are hard fiberglass with epoxy foam core and stiff fins so they paddle and turn the way and intermediate to advanced surfer wants. We offer them in 3 styles. The ever popular shortboard fish, Mid length funboard and classic longboard. There is a no upcharge to rent these intermediate boards.

Fish Surfboard: This is the go-to board for surfers looking to get the most speed and turns in on a wave. Wide through the chest area to paddle well but pulled in at the tail for snappy maneuvers.

Mid Length Funboards: The name says is all, a foot or two longer than a fish and shaped like a longboard just not, well, as long. This board is all about fun! Paddles and catches waves like a longboard but turns more like a shortboard.

The Classic Longboard: Whether you want to hang ten on the nose or just cruise, this board will make every ride feel like the endless summer. At 9’ long, it catches waves early and easy. Wide and stable, you’ll have plenty of time to walk the nose or step back and fade a turn.

Adventure Tips

Check Tides Before You Surf

Tidal changes affect wave quality—plan your session during mid to high tide for the best conditions.

Use Sunscreen and Reapply Often

Surfing exposes you to intense sun—protect your skin to avoid burns even on cloudy days.

Secure Your Surfboard Properly During Transport

Use provided tow straps and roof pads to prevent damage to your board and vehicle during travel.

Respect Local Surf Etiquette
