PHX Cat Cafe is a community-focused cat cafe located in Phoenix, Arizona, offering a relaxed space where visitors can meet adoptable cats, enjoy beverages from an on-site coffee shop, and take part in specialty experiences. The cafe partners with local animal rescues to host adoptable felines, supporting adoption and responsible pet ownership. Visitors can reserve timed sessions in the cat lounge to socialize with cats in a clean, supervised environment, with special attention to families - children under 13 require limited space and reservations are recommended. In addition to regular lounge hours, PHX Cat Cafe offers themed events such as Yoga with Cats, a one-hour session that combines yoga practice with free-roaming cats, and Drag Bingo, an evening of bingo hosted by local drag performers with multiple rounds and prize opportunities. All events take place inside the cafe and typically require reservations due to limited capacity. The cafe follows standard animal welfare practices, maintains on-site staff to supervise interactions, and provides clear guidelines for guest behavior to ensure safety and comfort for both cats and people. Payments and reservations are handled through the cafe's booking system, and visitors are encouraged to bring a mat for yoga sessions. PHX Cat Cafe's combination of adoption support, community events, and a coffee shop atmosphere makes it a distinctive local venue for animal lovers and visitors in Phoenix. Reservations are advised for all experiences; popular sessions fill quickly and the cafe explicitly notes limited space for children under 13 during family visits. Check policies before visiting.
