Enjoy the company of adoptable kitties! Whether you come with friends or by yourself, you are sure to fall in love with at least one of the adorable cats! All cats in the lounge are adoptable and our mission is to find them all loving homes. One hour in the PHX Cat Cafe for one person for the time slot chosen. This lounge hour does not include admission to any events. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY GROUPS WITH A CHILD OR CHILDREN (under 13yrs) IF A RESERVATION IS BOOKED INCORRECTLY FOR A CHILD THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/RESCHEDULES OFFERED AT THE DOOR.
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING
Reservations are recommended to ensure that there is space in the cat lounge. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY GROUPS WITH A CHILD OR CHILDREN (under 13 yrs) We do allow walk ins for adults when space permits, but often we are booked and not able to.
Your reservation will start at the time you have booked as your reservation time and will end 60 mins after that start time. If you are late for your reservation, your end time will still be 60 mins after the start of your scheduled reservation.
Any rescheduling or cancellations must be done a minimum of 2 HOURS before your reservation start time by using your confirmation email links.
While we do allow children in the cat lounge, we do limit the number of children in the lounge at a time to 4 children under 13. We do also allow a maximum of 2 children per one adult. You must book appropriately for a child or adult or we may refuse entry to your party for not following our policies with no refund. CHILDREN REQUIRE A RESERVATION
We do have a limit of the number of people allowed in the lounge at a time. If you are trying to book for more than one person in a party and the option is not there to book for multiple people, please select a different time slot as that one has been filled by other parties. If you have a party of greater than 8 or more than 4 children please email us at info@phxcatcafe.org.
If you are late for your reservation, your time will still end at the end of your reservation time.
For events, we will lock the door with in 10 mins of the event start time. This is to ensure that there is no disruption to other patrons or the event host.
