The Carolina Blue is scheduled to fish inshore; around the inlet, backwater and ocean. It typically does not go into the ocean on a half day.
Captain John will usually fish for puppy drum, trout, sheepshead, bottom fish, spanish mackeral and blues, big red drum in the ocean, sea bass, triggers, cobia & albacore.
Certain types of fish, the quantity and the location of the fishing is not guaranteed. Many variables are considered including weather, tide, wind, recent storms, etc. Your captain will give you a current fishing report and will give you the best trip possible! Please refer to our policy for cancelations and cancelations due to weather BEFORE booking.
About
The Carolina Blue is a wide, spacious 25 foot Carolina style center console. She has a nice tower, perfect for sight casting! A 225 Honda four-stroke outboard with a hydraulic scissor bracket jacks her up to help in shallow water fishing. A live well, spacious fish box and plenty of storage are additional perks.
