Covering: Intro to Carbine weapons platform, Features & Functions, Safety/Safe Gun Handling, Zeroing Iron Sights & Zeroing Red Dot Sights, Loading/Unloading/Reloading, Multiple Firing Positions, Multiple Target/Distance Engagements, Mechanical Offset, Gear Set-up, Use of Slings, Cleaning & Safe Storage.

Part classroom and Part live-fire range.

Gear Requirements: Carbine (or “pistol” equivalent) – including but not limited to: AR-15, AR-9, AK47, AK-9, IWI Tavor, FN SCAR, CZ Scorpion, Sig MPX/MCX, at least THREE magazines, mag pouch(es), 1-point or 2-Point Sling, Eye & Electronic Hearing Protection, Rifle bag or box (safely transport to/from range), minimum of 100 rounds of training ammunition.
