Mahogany Beach: A small private beach known for it's natural mineral pool & shallow waters which makes it safe for small children.

• When you’re ready to depart the beach, notify the beach attendant.
• The beach offers a full-service bar & grill, gift shop and clean bathroom facilities.
• Credit/Debit NOT ACCEPTED. Warning: Beach owned dogs & chickens roams freely on the property.

What To Expect

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1. If transportation was selected, your driver will pick you up at your location.
2. Once you arrive, you’ll check-in and sign a “Release of Liability” form. A photo of you will be taken & your email address and other information will be collected.
3. Safety instructions are provided, and you will be assisted into an anchored stationary kayak in water that is about 2 to 3 feet deep. When the photo shoot begins, you will be assisted into poses chosen by you.
4. No swimsuit/wardrobe changes are allowed!
5. All footage is sent via email using WeTransfer. Unedited Footage: -Emailed immediately (or as soon as possible if we are experiencing technical difficulties). -Be sure to have available memory space on your device to receive your footage. Edited Footage: -Can take up to 3 days to be processed. -From the time your footage is sent via email, you are allotted 48 hours to select the footage to be edited and return them to us via email at splashtime876@gmail.com. -It is solely your responsibility to make sure your email with your edited footage request is received within the time period allotted. -If your selected footage is NOT received within 48 hours, Splash Time reserves the right to make the selections for you & no editing requests will be accepted regardless of your situation, and no refunds will be provided. Note: We reserve the right to use media for promotional material. If you wish to opt out please “email” us your request using the email address used on the waiver form.

Guest Requirements

• Children ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• All guests must sign a Release of Liability form except for minors.
• Accessing the kayak, requires a walking through the water. All items carried onto the kayak are subject to getting wet. Valuables should be left in a safe place. Splash Time is not responsible for your lost or damaged property. Weight Limits:
• 450 pounds total.
