Capture Timeless Farm Photography Sessions in Cumming, Georgia

2025 Photography Terms and Conditions-

We will now have a photography check-in person at the farm. When you arrive, go to the back door/back porch of the farmhouse to check in. Arrive a few minutes early so this doesn’t take up your time. You will not be allowed to begin until your slotted time. Our photography attendant will also be making sure you don’t stay past your allotted time without additional payment/permission.

Because we are adding an attendant, we have increased the price to $60 per hour (from $50 per hour) and we have added a third slot per hour. Please be mindful of the other photographers on the property while you are shooting. Also, don’t monopolize any spot for the entire session. We may assign times for popular spots on the farm during busy seasons. For instance, you might only get 20 minutes at the greenhouse etc.

Check in-

Shared Photography Rental

• These are shared sessions @$60 each (3 slots per hour) unless you purchase all three slots for the hour ($180)
• Please be respectful of the other photographers and do not monopolize a particular spot, especially the greenhouse.

Exclusive Photography Rental

• If you are setting up a vignette or having large groups of people for your photography session, you will need to book all three slots for the hour. Rate $180 per hour (3 spots @ $60 each).

Extra Time

• If no other photographers are there shooting and you want to go over your time, that is fine - but the farm will charge $20 per 20 minutes for the additional time. Do not stay past your allotted time if other photographers are there. You will pay the attendant or Venmo the farm for the extra time. Our Venmo is @westmilfordfarm

Payment

• Payment is due upon booking. Refunds will be made if you cancel 48 hours or more before your time slot. (Also see “Cancellations” below in case of inclement weather.)

• You can reschedule/cancel 48 hours in advance from your original confirmation email. Please save it.

• Be on Time! You are reserving the farm only for the time slot you select. Please be aware that there might be someone who has reserved the space for the hour after you or before you.

Yoga

• We offer Yoga classes Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9 – 10 AM, Monday evening 6 – 7 PM, Thursday evenings 6-7PM, and sometimes Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 11 AM.
• If you schedule photography during this time, please understand the Party Barn, including its bathrooms, will be unavailable for photography clients.

Bathrooms

• Bathrooms are available inside the main barn unless there is yoga, inside the Farmhouse, or in the back of the garage (the door is on the back of the garage up by the farm house.

Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule without penalty 48 hours before your session through your original confirmation email. 
• Cancellations less than 48 hours- If it is raining or below freezing during your time slot on the day of your shoot, you may reschedule with no charge by sending an email to chad@westmilfordfarm.com Please go on our website and find an available replacement slot and email Chad the time and date of your original spot and also the time and date of the slot you want to reschedule to.
• Do not call or text Chad as he will tell you to email him if you do.
• You will not be allowed to re-schedule to another spot less than 48 hours before your session for the following reasons-
• it’s too hot, too windy,
• too cloudy, or too sunny​ so please don’t ask.
• We reserve the right to cancel your session. We are primarily an event venue, and should we book an event on a date you have scheduled for photography, we will immediately send you a cancellation email and full refund. You can then go back to our calendar to re-schedule on another available date.
