- Weather Policy - The weather forecast is impossible to predict and changes by the hour. We make weather determinations around the time of your rental. Rain is not a dangerous condition. Wind, waves, thunder, and lightning are dangerous conditions.
- If it's raining and you do not want to go out, we can issue you a gift card.
- If weather interrupts your rental, we will issue a gift card for the time the weather interrupted your rental.
- If we have to cancel your reservation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to rebook your reservation or issue a full refund.
- Failure to qualify as an operator of our watercraft. NO REFUNDS. We will issue you a gift card.
- Late-arrivals will be charged the full price. NO REFUNDS.
